Leslie Hoffman is a writer, freelance editor of fiction and non-fiction, and co-founder of Laudably Tarnished, a poetry workshop. Her poems, short stories, essays, and articles have been published in magazines, newspapers, anthologies, and on the web. Leslie's eclectic interests have also manifested into careers as a civil engineering technician, victim advocate, and photographer – "Hacienda Bridge" photo featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2002. Gregory A. Kompes, The Writerpreneur, is an Internet self-promotion expert. Douglas Davy

Douglas A. Davy was born in North Dakota, raised on a farm, and loved nature. He's sensitive to natural electromagnetics and discovered his ability to see Auras during childhood. Davy's love of science fiction grew from comics, to pulp sci-fi novels, branched into ancient cultures and their metaphysical roots. He holds a B.A. in Drama with specialized research in Sacred Dance. Davy studied and researched thoroughly in all areas of metaphysics, and taught and lectured publicly in halls from Denver to London. "I’m finding that the genre of science fiction is giving me an ample platform to share my years of extraordinary experiences in an enjoyable way."

 

Janice Lease

Janice Lease lives with her husband Robert, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a first grade teacher as well as a Registered Nurse. During her 20 years of teaching, she wrote many stories for her students. She published a county magazine for five years and has sold many of her photographs with her photo card business. Jan and Bob have two daughters, six grandchildren and one great grandson. She recently retired from the University Medical Center in Las Vegas as a charge nurse on the cardiac unit. Jan continues to write and has several more books ready for publication.

 

Tena Beth Thompson

Tena Beth Thompson writes about life as she knows it.  After 24 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, Tena found herself separated.  Strong and independent, she not only turned her misfortune into a positive opportunity to help others cope with separation, but also found her passion for writing.  Tena writes of, and shares her experiences of, her ride on the emotional roller coaster to hell and back with a touch of humor. “If I can bring a smile to just one person’s face for even a second, easing their pain, I will consider my book a huge success” she says with conviction.  Her first book Separation Survival Guide, When Your Marriage Catapults into Limbo will help you to Live, Learn, and Let Go!

 

Kim Hoffman

Kim Hoffman is a fiction writer, children's author, editor and current Publicity Chairman for the Henderson Writers’ Group in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She's read her books to hundreds with outstanding reviews and has received numerous awards for her accomplishments.  More recently Kim was nominated for 2007 Poet of the Year and was presented with the Editors Choice Award for her submissions in poetry.  Kim has over 16 years in marketing and strategically plans her success as shown by her increasing fan base and popularity in the writing community.  She attributes her success and her humorous tales not only to her three mischievous children but to her husband, her many travels, and the support she receives from eclectic writing friends.
